Due to ongoing health concerns related to COVID-19/Coronavirus the Consulate General will remain closed to the general public, however Consulate Staff will be on hand for telephone inquiries on Tuesdays and Thursdays, between the hours of 10 am and 2pm.

Kindly note that the following services will now be facilitated by mail only: • Applications for Machine Readable Passport renewal for persons 16 years and over (Form L) (see point 1 below) • Applications for Machine Readable Passport renewal for persons under 16 (Form M) (see point 1 below) • Collection of reissued passports (see point 2 below) • Requests for notarization/certification of documents • Application for birth/adoption/marriage/death certificates • All other Consular matters

1: Passport applicants are advised that required information can be (A) typed in the form online or (B) downloaded and completed legibly in pen using black or blue ink. Once the form has been printed it should be notarized (see sample) in the appropriate section and sent by email to consulateinfo@aandbgov.org with contact details. Consulate staff will have the opportunity to review the application and within 48 hours of application receipt, the Consulate will be in touch with next steps. Each application must receive prior authorization from the Consulate before submission by mail.

2: In order to receive a reissued passport the applicant is required to provide a self addressed, postage paid envelope with tracking and mailing service. Passport processing fees do not include return postage and this must be paid separately. Please note tracking/mailing service is mandatory to monitor the delivery of documents/passports. The Consulate General does not endorse the use of any particular courier service. Whichever form of postage service selected, a padded envelope is recommended for passport return.

All passport applications, notarization and certification of documents, and certificates requested, should be mailed to the Consulate General at the address below.
